A deeper look

Go to a space that is not obviously wild and seek out the wildness in it. This should be a space that has an obvious human element to it like a “box store” parking lot, the downtown of a city, an abandoned lot, etc. It is easier to feel wild and connected to our natural world when we are on a hike or at a beach or camping, but can be much harder to hold on to that sense when we are removed from that setting. The goal here to see that wildness is everywhere and always within us.

This can be done at any time like a trip to a grocery store, while driving to work, or for some of us, it just happens to be where we live.
